Position Overview: We are seeking energetic and driven Outside Sales Representatives to promote and sell our fiber internet services directly to homeowners. This is a commission-only position, perfect for high-performing sales professionals who are passionate about helping people get connected and earning uncapped income. Job Title: Commission-Based Outside Sales Representative – Home Fiber Internet Location: Greater Houston and Katy Area Job Type: Commission Only Industry: Telecommunications / Internet Services Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate new customer leads through door-to-door canvassing, events, referrals, and local marketing initiatives. • Educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to high-speed fiber internet. • Conduct site visits to assess serviceability and help homeowners through the signup process. • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs. • Represent our brand professionally and positively in the community. • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions. Qualifications: • Proven experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or commission-based roles preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with a hunter’s mentality. • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. • Comfortable using sales tools and mobile technology. • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 yearly
