    Are you an ambitious, results-driven professional with a passion for sales? Langston Security & Integration is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving our growth by building relationships, closing deals, and representing cutting-edge security and integration solutions. The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) reports directly to the Sales Manager or delegated authority. This role is to assist in driving the growth of the recurring monthly revenue (RMR) through targeted sales and marketing efforts and expand in the servicerelated business by creating and negotiating comprehensive service maintenance agreements. This role is to assist with generating new outside sales leads for new commercial business accounts related to selling low-voltage systems that the company offers and increasing revenue for new installations. The OSR’s primary responsibility will be to generate and secure orders for customers by visiting them in person. This position requires the OSR to spend most of the working hours actively selling outside the company premises. While working from home or at the Company’s offices may occasionally be necessary to supplement OSR’s sales efforts, it should constitute a lesser portion of the weekly working hours. The essence of this role is to be in the field engaging with clients and prospects to drive sales. Compensation: • Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year • OTE: $100,000+ Bonuses: • $50 bonus for each monitored alarm system sold • $270 bonus for each cloud membership for CCTV and access control systems sold • $100 bonus for each service/maintenance agreement sold Commission: • 10% on equipment profitability for installation work (labor excluded), capped at $5,000 per sale • Bonuses and commissions are calculated and paid monthly upon customer payment. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals. • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and referrals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security and integration needs. • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Langston Security’s products and services. • Preparation and delivery of customized proposals and quotes to potential clients. • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and exceptional customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better serve clients. Qualifications: • Proven experience in outside sales, strongly preferred in related field. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience in the security or technology industry is a plus.
