Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
Utilize Odoo ERP system for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or direct sales in vape and tobacco industry.
Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in the field.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Background in B2B Sales

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience. · Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar outside sales role. · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently. · Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. · Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. · A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. · Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets. · Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · C-store, vape and tobacco knowledge is preferred. · Background in B2B sales is preferred.
