Job Overview:

Prime Pest Solutions, a family-owned pest control company, is looking for driven and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated by commissions, enjoy face-to-face interactions, and thrive in an active, outdoor sales environment. As a key player in our growth, you will educate homeowners about our tailored pest control services and sign up new customers through direct, in-person sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass designated neighborhoods and engage directly with homeowners to promote Prime Pest Solutions' pest control services.

Clearly communicate the benefits of our quarterly pest control plans and specialty services.

Overcome objections and answer potential customers’ questions confidently and professionally.

Close sales on the spot, setting up new customer accounts and scheduling their first service.

Track daily activities, leads, and conversions to report progress to the sales team.

Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Prior door-to-door sales experience is a plus but not required—we provide full training!

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

A competitive and self-motivated mindset, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

Must be coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn sales techniques.

Ability to work independently while following the company’s sales strategies.
