    Reel Fathers Rights is actively seeking ambitious and highly motivated sales professionals from high-volume sales industries, such as car sales, fitness industry sales, cellphone sales, or similar fields. No legal background is required —just a passion for sales and a talent for connecting with people.     Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in high volume environments
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Coachable and eager to grow, with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative setting
    • Proficiency with CRM and other sales tracking software

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Genuinely empathize with clients and their situations.
    • Identify and pursue onboarding opportunities through inbound lead management.
    • Follow our proven sales script and process to effectively engage with potential clients.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients through regular communication, warm outbound follow-ups, and lead nurturing activities.
    • Understand the needs of clients and match our legal services to those needs.
    • Ensure that client needs are being met and that the sales process is running smoothly.
    • Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics.
    • Be able to manage 100+ leads per month effectively.
