    My Client, based in Denver, is a locally owned and operated full-service lumberyard and building component manufacturing facility located in Denver, CO. They have been serving the professional builder along the Colorado Front Range for over twenty years, focusing on providing quality building materials and expert insight.

    Base salary of $85,000 - $90,000 + with no cap on commission and annual OTE potential of $175-200K+

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative . The Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and developing new business opportunities in the construction industry

    Qualifications:

    Sales Presentations, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
    Strong Communication skills and MUST HAVE Builder and Contractors that you work with, strong contacts in that space.
    Experience in New Business Development
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
    Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills
    Solid Knowledge of building materials and construction industry is KEY.
