What You’ll Do

✅ Prospect & Generate Leads – Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts ✅ Meet with Clients – Conduct in-person estimates and build relationships with business owners, property managers, and homeowners ✅ Close Deals – Convert both self-generated and company-provided leads into sales ✅ Manage the Sales Process – Follow up on prospects, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term business opportunities ✅ Spend 80% of Your Time in the Field – Meeting with clients, networking, and closing deals ✅ 20% on Training & Development – Continuous professional growth and team collaboration

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 1+ year of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success ✔️ Hunter mentality – You thrive on finding new business and closing deals ✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills ✔️ Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented ✔️ Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline effectively ✔️ Reliable vehicle & clean driving record (required) ✔️ Experience in the power washing or service industry? A plus, but not required!
