COMPENSATION:
$80,000 - $100,000 (Base salary plus uncapped commissions monthly and quarterly)
$500/month car allowance

Job Summary: As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in achieving individual and team sales goals, reporting to the Regional Director and the National Sales Director. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and appointments to closing deals and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new accounts. If you’re a driven, goal-oriented professional who excels at building relationships, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed individual and group sales objectives.
Generate leads and set appointments through strategic prospecting efforts.
Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Stratus solutions.
Prepare and present professional, accurate proposals within 48 business hours of meetings.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until a decision is reached.
Collaborate with the Regional Director and the National Sales Director to align strategies, track goals, and report achievements.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Establish and maintain organized records for prospects and customers.
Partner with Franchise Business Consultants to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts.
Share insights and recommendations on effective sales techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn
Ability to navigate the internet and various platforms
Passion for sustainability and a desire to make an impact
