THE POSITION ENTAILS:
Territory and sales funnel management
Growing and farming your network to achieve warm introductions
Communicating with referral sources and customers on job related issues
Monthly sales calls for existing referral sources and prospects
Presenting to prospects and customers
Holding file reviews
Facilitating continuing education
Participating in and hosting networking and association events
Utilizing the company CRM
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THESE CHARACTERISTICS:
Ability to identify potential customers, dig for the decision makers, and grow your own pipeline
Confident and outgoing personality
Proactive connector who drives business
Excellent presentation skills
Professional communicator both verbally and written
Self-disciplined
Easily adapts to and learns new skills including technology
Ability to pivot and get your hands dirty in the field when your customer suffers property damage
Restoration industry or target market (property or facility management, insurance agency, education, etc.) experience preferred
