    Position Type: Full-time, Commission-Based Compensation: 100% Commission with monthly car allowance + Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Available Annual Income Potential: Highly motivated individuals can earn north of $75,000+ annually

    Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Outside Sales Specialist based in assigned territory. The Outside Sales Specialist will be responsible for meeting sales targets by building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing accounts, providing field service, delivering excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions and product presentations. The role also involves working closely with marketing and other departments to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

    Qualifications

    Field Service, Customer Service, and Sales skills

    Experience in Account Management 100 - 150 accounts monthly

    A talent for building and maintaining great relationships with customers

    Ability to work remotely and cover a defined sales territory

    Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

    Previous experience in beverage sales, or related industry, is a plus

    Associates or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.

    Prospect for new business opportunities within your territory through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.

    Conduct product presentations and tastings to potential clients, showcasing the quality and variety of our beverage offerings.

    Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for territory growth and achieve sales targets.

    Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.

    Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.

    Requirements:

    Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beverage or foodservice industry.

    Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

    Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and earn a high commission.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
