    COMPENSATION

    • $55,000-$80,000+ (Base salary plus uncapped commissions monthly and quarterly/annual bonus)

    • $250/month car allowance

    • UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS for unlimited earning potential

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As a Stratus Sales Representative, you will deliver our program to the customer in a business to business (B2B) sales environment. We are embarking on the next phase of our growth strategy and are looking for the right individuals who understand what a "nearly ground floor" opportunity really is. We offer extensive training so that you will have thorough product knowledge. We back your sales with the strongest support team, so you can sell the best with confidence. We assist you with pre-set appointments.

    RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)

    • Utilize provided leads to execute productive sales appointments

    • Generate leads through cold calling, CRM mining, attending networking events, etc. • Capture customer information and all sales activity in CRM software • Meet monthly sales goals and metrics through effective use of the Stratus Sales Process • Manage sales pipelines in a consistent/productive fashion • Communicate customer requirements to the Operation Team to ensure smooth customer on-boarding

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Possess a competitive desire to succeed • Be accustomed to contributing to a positive Team Environment • Comfortable achieving Sales Quotas/Personal Goals • Embrace the ability to prospect, present, and close • Experience working in a high-activity sales environment • Have Strong Presentation, Communication, Interpersonal Skills • Demonstrate proven track record or strong support quantifying sales capabilities • Be able to think on their feet • Have proven B2B sales experience • Commercial cleaning experience a plus but not necessary • Computer literacy, including internet navigation and proficiency in Google Workspace

    • HubSpot and LinkedIn familiarity is a plus
