As our Sales Representative, you will be tasked with acquiring new business and nurturing client connections. First year will be salary and commission and the second year will be a generous 10% commission on all sales. Responsibilities: • Conduct market research and identify potential customers • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers • Negotiate and close sales deals • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new leads • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management Qualifications: • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the glass industry • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software • Willingness to travel as needed Compensation: $60,000
