The Atlas Portfolio is seeking an A+ Player sales representative to identify and close deals effectively in our target market, create win-win solutions for clients, and consistently outpace our sales goals to earn industry-leading commission. The ideal candidate is able to prioritize company goals and clients, is comfortable with hard work, and is revenue-motivated. We are a highly technical team looking for hard-working acquisitions leads to expand our position in the Colorado real estate investment market. Responsibilities: • Be the industry leader in Real Estate acquisitions. Stay ahead of the curve on market trends and recognize attractive deals and opportunities • Recognize motivation and assemble offers that speak directly to clients' needs -- Present solutions that are too good to say no to • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities Qualifications: • Excellent people skills • Excellent sales and negotiation skills • Excellent problem solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Calm under pressure • Computer skills • 1–3 years of industry and sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 base + commission
