Benefits: • Company Car & Gas Card • Phone • Computer • Medical • Dental • Vision • This position includes a generous monthly commission program Responsibilities: • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Follow the sales team plan • Lead generate • Set new appointments • Sales talk mastery • Be a team player • B2B • Sales routes • Sales calls Qualifications: • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • A consistent top performer in sales • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • Sales experience required • Must live in the Oakland and surrounding areas currently, preferably daily driving proximity to Oakland. • Good communication • Must have working rights in the USA • Must have a driver's license • Must be 21 or older • Ability to make good first impressions • A clean driving record required • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • Experience using a CRM is preferred • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base + commissions
