Responsibilities: • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Follow the sales team plan • Lead generate • Set new appointments • Sales talk mastery • Be a team player • B2B • Sales routes • Sales calls Qualifications: • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • A consistent top performer in sales • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Sales experience required • Must live in the Oakland and surrounding areas currently, preferably daily driving proximity to Oakland. • Good communication • Must have working rights in the USA • Must have a driver's license • Must be 21 or older • Ability to make good first impressions • A clean driving record required • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • Experience using a CRM is preferred • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base + commissions
