Responsibilities: • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients • Follow the sales team plan • Lead generate • Set new appointments • Sales talk mastery • Be a team player • B2B • Sales routes • Sales calls Qualifications: • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • Proven track record in sales • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • Sales experience required • Must live in the Oakland and surrounding areas currently, preferably daily driving proximity to Oakland. • Good communication • Must have working rights in the USA • Must have a driver's license • Must be 21 or older • Ability to make good first impressions • A clean driving record required • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • Experience using a CRM is preferred • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base + commissions
