Outside Sales Representative - Welding Supplies
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative with welding sales experience to join our team. This role involves selling welding equipment, supplies, and related products to businesses and individuals. Hands-on welding experience will help you provide expert guidance to customers, recommend the right products, and build strong relationships within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the welding and metal fabrication industries.
Provide expert product recommendations based on customer needs and welding applications.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
Assist customers in troubleshooting welding equipment and supply-related issues.
Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and advancements in welding technology.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Qualifications:
Hands-on welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding techniques) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to travel locally to meet with clients as needed.
