Compensation: $14-$18 per hour + commissions + tips

Position: Hybrid Role – Customer Service Window Technician & Outside Sales Representative

What We're Looking For: We are seeking candidates who:

Have a passion for working outdoors and directly engaging with customers, providing exceptional window cleaning services while driving sales.

Have strong communication and sales skills, and enjoy upselling additional services such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, or holiday lighting to enhance customer satisfaction.

Thrive in a dynamic environment where you can balance hands-on service with actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Are driven, self-disciplined, and capable of managing both service tasks and sales efforts.

Are able to think quickly and solve problems, addressing customer needs while proposing additional services.

Have a valid driver’s license and are ready to take on a hybrid role that combines physical work with relationship-building and sales.

Responsibilities:

Service Role:

Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing jobs with exceptional attention to detail and customer service.

Provide on-site recommendations to customers, upselling additional services that fit their needs, such as holiday lighting installations or pressure washing.

Sales Role:

Meet with local businesses and homeowners to present Sparkle Squad’s services and benefits, creating new sales opportunities.

Run an effective "ground game" by building and nurturing client relationships, attending networking events, and canvassing local neighborhoods to promote services.

Identify sales leads, follow up with potential customers, and close deals on service packages.

Report on sales activities, track performance, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
