    The Role

    As the Sales & Operations Supervisor, you’ll wear two essential hats:

    Sales Expert – Building relationships with customers, closing deals, and driving revenue.

    Operations Leader – Supervising a team of technicians, managing daily schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency and outstanding customer experience.

    You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our team, ensuring a seamless experience from the first call to the final follow-up.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales:

    Respond to inbound customer inquiries and generate new leads.

    Conduct consultations, provide estimates, and close sales.

    Maintain and grow relationships with commercial and residential customers.

    Upsell services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.

    Operations Supervision:

    Oversee and support the field technicians, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

    Manage daily schedules, dispatch crews, and handle customer communication.

    Troubleshoot challenges in the field and provide solutions.

    Ensure equipment, vehicles, and supplies are maintained and ready for use.

    Customer Experience:

    Be the face of Sparkle Squad, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.

    Address customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

    Follow up post-service to guarantee satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Experience: 2+ years in sales and/or operations management, preferably in home services or related industries.

    Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

    Customer-Focused: A natural communicator with a knack for building relationships.

    Organized: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.

    Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and basic office software.

    Physical Capability: Able to assist with hands-on tasks if needed (e.g., climbing ladders, light lifting).
