Outside Sales Supervisor - Roofing & Construction
The Senior Project Manager & Team Lead at Phoenix Storm Restoration is a key leadership role that combines sales excellence, mentorship, and operational oversight. You are responsible for leading by example, coaching Project Managers, and ensuring both individual and team goals are met. As a culture-setter, your leadership shapes team morale, performance standards, and drives the overall success of the company. Responsibilities: Leadership & Culture • Lead by example in behavior, work ethic, and professionalism. • Demonstrate selflessness, integrity, and high emotional intelligence. • Provide vision, inspiration, and daily motivation to your team. • Foster a positive, empowering, and collaborative team environment. • Ensure open, consistent communication with your team and executive leadership. • Identify and correct ineffective behaviors, techniques, or procedures. • Celebrate accomplishments and hold team members accountable when necessary. • Adjust and enforce company policies, procedures, and expectations. • Bring feedback, issues, or improvement ideas to executive leadership. Sales & Performance • Personally achieve a minimum of 3 signed contracts/month or $80,000+ in monthly sales. • Maintain a minimum 30% profit margin on personal and team projects. • Acquire a minimum of 20 self-generated leads/month through door knocking, referrals, social media, or networking. • Maintain annual sales production of at least $1 million. • Actively participate in and oversee the entire project lifecycle: inspections, adjuster meetings, contracts, installations, and collections. Team Development & Oversight • Conduct weekly team meetings and project manager debriefs. • Hold monthly 1:1s with Project Managers to review performance and set goals. • Conduct quarterly performance reviews with actionable feedback and development plans. • Coach, mentor, and develop your Project Managers through daily guidance and hands-on training. • Provide real-time field support, including: Door-to-door canvassing, Insurance claim calls, Adjuster meetings, Contract signings, Homeowner expectation setting, Installation quality inspection, Project follow-ups, and account check-ins. Operational Excellence • Proficient in all phases of the project management process. • Ensure proper use of Acculynx and adherence to company SOPs. • Troubleshoot project issues such as city permits, contract disputes, customer satisfaction, or jobsite safety. • Actively recruit and onboard at least one new Project Manager within the first year. • Monitor daily activity, team goals, and long-term sales targets. • Represent the company positively on social media and networking platforms. Reporting • Reports directly to Executive Leadership and the Vice President of Sales. Qualifications: • Proven experience in roofing or construction sales/project management. • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. • Excellent communication, time management, and conflict-resolution skills. • Comfortable with door-to-door sales, insurance claims, and homeowner interactions. • Proficient in project management systems (Acculynx experience preferred). • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 yearly
