    Our client, a packaging company, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative with expertise in B2B sales within the packaging industry.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling and a deep understanding of packaging solutions tailored to business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target prospective B2B clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure long-term business growth.
    • Present packaging solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing value and ROI.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by developing effective sales strategies and closing deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasting, and market analysis for management review.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.
    • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate new leads.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing sector.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value of packaging solutions.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex client requirements.
    • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools to manage pipelines and performance.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

    Salary: $60K + Commissions
