Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Electronics Recycling industry. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers
Meet or exceed quotas for outreach
Document all leads and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close recycling contracts
Qualifications
Previous experience in the Recycling Industry preferred
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in outside sales and customer outreach
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
