• Identify and target potential clients in need of HVAC preventative maintenance services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored maintenance solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC or related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
