Responsibilities: • Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events • Generate and manage leads through multiple channels and pipelines • Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional after-sales service • Conduct client consultations to understand needs and offer tailored and accurate solutions • Meet or exceed sales goals • Participate in in-person or online training, meetings, trade shows, sales, and networking events each month • Maintain flexible work hours • Use of company CRM for all client communication, job information, and status • Ensure customer needs are met by taking the initiative to stay on top of our services, products, competition, and our industry market conditions Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience • Applicants must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle • Applicants need 3+ years of sales experience • CRM experience preferred • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills • Self motivated and persistency • Excellent time management skills are a must • Integrity and honesty Compensation: $150,000+ potential in the first year
