Responsibilities: • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers including: social media, events, networking, business drops, referrals, meet and greets, follow up calls, etc. • Attend and promote sales events • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions • Speak to potential prospects to introduce our insurance services or new offerings • Keep company abreast of new business opportunities, account status, potential customers using CRM and other technology tools • Maintain active Property & Casualty license Qualifications: • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle Compensation: $56,000 - $78,000 yearly
