Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Follow the sales team plan • Lead generate • Set new appointments • Sales talk mastery • Be a team player • B2B • Sales routes • Sales calls • Make good first impressions Qualifications: • We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Sales experience required • Must live in the Bay Area currently, preferably daily driving proximity to San Jose • Good communication • Must have working rights in the USA • Must have a driver's license • Must be 21 or older • Ability to make good first impressions • A clean driving record required Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base + commissions
