  • Responsibilities

    Summary : Performs tasks involved in the production of Country Archer's products. This included loading and unloading product rom ovens, supervising the cooking process, recording of accurate information on HACCP forms. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe as possible. Must comply with regulations set forth by Country Archer and USDA. May come in contact with chemicals that are for food safety cleaning and sanitation. Will need to be able to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 to 200lbs pounds. This position requires standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, squatting, and twisting frequently. This job is repetitive on a daily basis and requires repetitive hand movement.

    Primary Duties:

    • Supervises the cooking process during the food production process.

    • Properly and in a timely manner records all necessary information on HACCP documentation in accordance with the companies. policies.

    • Visually inspect product during and after cooking to ensure product quality.

    General Duties:

    • Maintain/follow standards operating procedures, food safety guidelines, and product specifications
    • Work in environment where the temperatures range form 0–200-degree Fahrenheit
    • Responsible for recording accurate information on all forms
    • Maintain clean work area, include cleaning floors, utensils, equipment, etc.
    • Set up monitoring and adjusting oven temperature and time control
    • Verify that every truck is properly identified (includes product flavor, species, and weights)
    • Load and unload product form ovens
    • Keep separation between uncooked and cooked product at all times
    • Reporting mechanical issues

    Minimum Required Skills:

    • Red and write in English
    • Able to follow direction with little supervision
    • Able to stand and walk for long periods
    • Able to withstand cold and hot temperatures
    • Prior food manufacturing experience minimum 1-year
    • Prior production operator experience
    • Must have good manufacturing practices experience
