Summary : Performs tasks involved in the production of Country Archer's products. This included loading and unloading product rom ovens, supervising the cooking process, recording of accurate information on HACCP forms. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe as possible. Must comply with regulations set forth by Country Archer and USDA. May come in contact with chemicals that are for food safety cleaning and sanitation. Will need to be able to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 to 200lbs pounds. This position requires standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, squatting, and twisting frequently. This job is repetitive on a daily basis and requires repetitive hand movement.
Primary Duties:
Supervises the cooking process during the food production process.
Properly and in a timely manner records all necessary information on HACCP documentation in accordance with the companies. policies.
Visually inspect product during and after cooking to ensure product quality.
