Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to the CEO during his live streams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and has a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle issues that may arise while the CEO is streaming.

Keeping track of sponsorships and giveaways.

Organizing orders for the shipping department.

Communicate with internal team.

When necessary, cross-train and participate in other aspects of the business.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position

Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines

Excellent computer skills

Highly organized with excellent time management skills
