Ethan Stowell Restaurants is seeking talented people to join our overnight production team at the commissary kitchen in Sodo. At the commissary we make the dough, form bagels, bake and pack the bagels for transport to our stores. Exceptional candidates have previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting. This is a full time 8 hr overnight shift, 5 days a week. Start time is between 7pm - 8pm. We're looking for night owls who can work with a small team of dedicated, like minded folks.

Have previous baking or restaurant experience
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a positive, team minded attitude
