We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Staff members to join our team and provide support to individuals in a community-based group home setting.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Observing and monitoring individual behavior, documenting progress, and reporting any changes.

Providing one-on-one or group instruction to enhance personal, social, and basic academic skills.

Offering guidance on daily decision-making and resolving behavioral challenges.

Collaborating with the team in case reviews to ensure ongoing support and care for each individual.

Supporting individuals in community activities and providing transportation when needed.

Assisting individuals with following special diet plans and ensuring nutritious meal preparation.

Maintaining accurate records of individual progress and services rendered.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing direct support to individuals with challenging behaviors, particularly those with autism.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with individuals.

A compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude.

Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to individual success.

A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in caregiving is a plus.

Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal prep tasks.
