We’re looking for an Overnight Janitor/Security to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Security Responsibilities:

• Monitor the facility’s premises to ensure the safety and security of all residents, staff, and visitors.
• Conduct regular security rounds, checking doors, windows, and entry points to ensure they are secure.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, or security incidents.
• Ensure that all visitors and staff follow the facility’s security protocols.
• Assist in the coordination of emergency evacuation plans when necessary.

Janitorial Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents and staff.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas daily.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and furniture.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of special events or meetings within the facility.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, janitorial work, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during emergency situations.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Shift Specific Information:

• 5 days a week
• 9:00 pm to 4:30 am
