Do you love the look of a clean space? We’re looking for an overnight custodian to fill a position on our team. You’ll keep our building impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed, as well as potentially needing to cover shuttle bus runs. Responsibilities: • Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees • Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained • Complete regularly scheduled maintenance duties like cleaning windows, shampooing carpets, supplying restrooms, changing light bulbs, and performing minor repairs • Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs • Perform daily janitorial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash • Knowledge of floor buffing equipment is preferred but not required • Use a mobile app to manage and complete janitorial and maintenance work orders on a smartphone efficiently. Qualifications: • Familiarity with cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment • Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail • A driver's license with a clean driving record is REQURIED. Compensation: $16 hourly
