The DoubleTree by Hilton Colorado Springs is hiring an Overnight Manager. Responsibilities: The Overnight Manager will oversee all functions of the hotel in support of the GM during the overnight shift. The primary focus will be on Front Desk/Night Audit and Security, room operations, and the safety and security of the hotel. Qualifications: • Previous hotel Front Desk Operations and supervisory experience in a hotel environment is required - a minimum of two years. • The ability to provide excellent customer service and make decisions without a lot of supervision is required. The ability to lead and direct the work of others is required. • The perfect candidate must have the ability to perform under pressure with professionalism. • The ability to respond to emergency situations and provide leadership in such situations. • Available to work overnight hours. Compensation: $56,650 - $60,000 yearly
