    Gold’s Gym SoCal is growing fast and looking for an hourly Overnight Manager to help our teams to provide world-class service for our members by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. We’ll challenge your skills, talents, and abilities and reward your every success. The schedule is Monday - Friday: 8:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m.

    Management/Leadership Duties:

    The schedule is Monday - Friday: 8:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m.

    Selling Memberships to our potential members

    Tours potential members through the club and describes the facility, equipment, services, and amenities that directly tie back to their individual fitness needs and goals.

    Ensures all guests are registered and entered into the system.

    Manages club operations to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times

    Trains and supervises all team members in the gym including Front Desk and Housekeeping Associates

    Works in cooperation with GM to manage/process cancellations following procedures in place to retain member

    Enforces all club rules, policies and promotes proper execution of all procedures.

    Manage membership questions, concerns, and inquiries at the front desk

    Partners with General Manager to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention.

    Ensures members receive a friendly greeting/check-in and prompt attention to their needs.

    Engages members with various fitness offerings including personal training, group exercise classes, and Gold's Gym SoCal digital content.

    Maintains name relationships with members and serving as a resource for their questions or concerns and putting them in touch with the right resources as appropriate.

    Provides a clean, friendly, well-maintained club to members and guest

    There are some MUST HAVES:

    Ability to use sound business judgment and have strong analytical skills

    Ability to effectively communicate with constituents

    Effective listening skills

    Effective delegation and follow-up skills

    Effective planning and organization skills

    Demonstrates ability to create a positive environment

    This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
