    Job Summary Powder Horn Family Camping Resort is a family campground located in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. We are seeking a positive, friendly, and energetic team members to join our team this summer! Our resort has varied opportunities across all lines of our operations to ensure a great camping experience for all our guests. From working outside with our Facilities Team and on our pool decks, providing fun and entertainment with the Activities and Game Window Teams, to working inside with the Front Office and Camp Store and Cafe. There are many different roles that make Powder Horn run!

    Overnight Resort Ranger Job Description

    During our season we have 24/7 security to ensure the safety of our guests and our employees. As a part of the Security Team you are responsible for de-escalating situations, providing communication and ensuring a safe environment for everyone on Powder Horn property. Working closely with the Front Office, the Security Team is the eyes and ears in the park. Valid driver’s license required. Our night security team is responsible for the Security Gate overnight and safety throughout the park as this position is when all other departments are closed.

    This is an overnight, third shift position. Hours will vary from as early as 4pm and stay as late as 7:30am. 4-, 6-, 7-, and 8-hour shifts available.

    Some job duties include:

    Patrolling Powder Horn Grounds

    Updating hourly security logs

    Assisting other lines of the operation NO security experience required.
