We manage high-profile projects that demand precision, efficiency, and strategic oversight. We are seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative to serve as the key liaison between ownership and all project stakeholders, ensuring successful execution from conception to completion.

Position Overview: The Owner’s Representative will be responsible for overseeing hospitality and residential development projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of hospitality and residential construction, as well as the ability to manage architects, contractors, consultants, and local regulatory bodies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1.Project Oversight & Coordination:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between ownership and project teams (architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants).

    • Ensure all project phases—design, permitting, construction, and closeout—align with ownership’s vision and objectives.

    • Oversee and manage hospitality and residential development projects, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

    2.Budget & Cost Management:

    • Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure cost control.

    • Review and approve contracts, invoices, and change orders, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

    • Work with finance teams to track expenditures and forecast financial risks.

    3.Construction Management & Quality Control:

    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to contract specifications.

    • Identify and resolve construction-related issues before they impact project timelines or costs.

    • Enforce best practices in construction management, scheduling, and risk mitigation.

    1. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:

    • Lead coordination between ownership, hospitality brands, local municipalities, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.

    • Work closely with design teams to maintain alignment with project goals and hospitality brand standards.

    • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships to optimize project efficiency.

    5.Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure all projects comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and permitting requirements.

    • Identify and mitigate risks related to construction delays, environmental issues, and financial constraints.

    • Provide strategic input on market conditions, supply chain challenges, and regulatory changes.

    6.Project Closeout & Handover:

    • Oversee the completion of punch lists, final inspections, and occupancy approvals.

    • Ensure proper documentation, warranties, and operating procedures are handed over to ownership.

    • Support the transition from construction to operations, particularly for hospitality projects.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • 8+ years of experience in construction management, development, or owner’s representation, preferably in hospitality and ground-up residential projects.

    • Deep understanding of hotel and multifamily construction, including brand requirements and FF&E coordination.

    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

    • Experience working with municipalities, permitting agencies, and brand standards for hospitality projects.

    • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to drive project success.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with real estate investment and development processes.

    • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).

    • Experience working with hospitality brands and understanding their design/construction requirements.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $100,000+ (commensurate with experience)
