PITTSBURGH, PA - HYBRID / LOCAL WORK FROM HOME. Oxford Solutions has a work from home/remote opportunity with our client for a Data Entry Specialist for a role focused on Pharma Chargebacks and Membership processing Must be local to Pittsburgh, PA. This role will focus on supporting customers with processes related to chargebacks, membership and contracts. Training will be provided via Microsoft Teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a solid understanding of customer policies and procedures relating to chargebacks, membership and contracts.
• Following established procedures, process, validate and reconcile chargeback submissions in accordance with customer contracts
• Research, monitor, update and maintain contract memberships.
• Develop, maintain and enhance an effective working relationship with customers and related contacts
• Resolve unmatched customer deductions, process credit memos and resolve unapplied cash in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate record of accounts receivable.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 to 2+ years of data entry, administrative or related experience; Pharmacy related experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel with ability to handle large volumes of data
• Ability to learn new processes and work efficiently with high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking with ability to work independently
