    PAY RATE:  Base plus Commission THIS ROLE IS FOR WORKING ON-SITE AT OUR OFFICE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED IN THE NORTH HILLS AREA OF PITTSBURGH, PA. Our inside sales recruiters work with Account Executives to fill roles for small businesses, startups, corporations and Fortune 500 companies located in Pittsburgh and across the United States. We recruit for openings in accounting and finance, engineering, drafting and information technology and more.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Work with Account Managers to identify top talent and targeted skill set
    • Work closely with Oxford Account Executives and client contacts
    • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
    • Make outbound calls to prospective candidates
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Build candidate pipeline for referrals
    • Conduct phone, face-time and in-person interviews
    • Source candidates through internal database, LinkedIn, networking and social media channels
    • Track hiring trends
    • Negotiate wages with candidates
    • Extend job offers and facilitate placements

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or similar field
    • Internship experience in business, recruitment or sales
    • Interest in inside sales and growing into a sales role
    • Thrives in a competitive environment ; Results-driven with drive to meet and exceed sales goals
    • Passion for connecting and networking with people
    • Great phone communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Teachable nature; Willingness to learn new methods and processes
    • Committed and extremely motivated and hard-working
