Ozark River Manufacturing Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for converting inbound inquiries to closed sales. ISRs manage and qualify the inbound inquiries from calls, chats, emails, and web form submissions. The ISR also coordinates with their Account Executive counterparts to introduce prospect accounts that require research and prospecting activities to identify more opportunity for Ozark River Manufacturing Co. An implicit responsibility of the ISR is to conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior customer experience. Ultimate success for the ISR is measured by lead conversion percentages and weekly sales results. The position requires direct customer contact, ultimately building relationships and promoting Ozark River's product line.
QUALIFICATIONS:
PROJECTED ANNUAL EARNINGS WITH COMMISSION: $65K - $70K
