Job Summary The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) center. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients. The BDR will also work to increase the center's visibility and enrollment through strategic outreach and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and referral sources.
Conduct initial outreach to potential clients and partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
Attend community events, health fairs, and other relevant gatherings to promote PACE services.
Act as a liaison between the PACE center and external partners.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement strategies to increase PACE program enrollment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
Conduct presentations and informational sessions about PACE services to potential clients and referral sources.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions with potential clients and partners in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the Director of Business Development.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Client Support:
Assist potential clients and their families in understanding the benefits and services offered by the PACE program. Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Address any questions or concerns from potential clients and referral sources in a timely and professional manner.
Education & Training
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
· Strong understanding of the PACE model and the needs of the elderly population.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the community.
Skills & Abilities Experience working with senior citizens or in elder care. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance related to PACE programs. Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
