We have developed an in-depth interview process that we use to assist our candidates in developing their ideal job profile and to identify key indicators of what should make them happy in our clients’ environments. We use this same process when recruiting new team members to our firm to ensure that Palmer Kent is a strong fit. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE SEARCH CONSULTANT/RECRUITER AND SALES ROLE: We are hiring legal search consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for making Recruiting calls to seek out and build relationships with candidates while working closely with your Practice Leader throughout the entire hiring process. In addition, you will record detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system, help build/manage/maintain the pipeline of talent and utilize outreach methods including social media, LinkedIn, email, and telephone calls. AREAS THAT PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS: • Recruit, screen, and interview attorney candidates by leveraging our proprietary in-depth processes • Advise and coach candidates and clients through the hiring process • Our Why is to Hire the Best talent for our clients while having fun and being accountable to our Stakeholders.
