Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE SEARCH CONSULTANT/RECRUITER AND SALES ROLE: We are hiring legal search consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for making Recruiting calls to seek out and build relationships with candidates while working closely with your Practice Leader throughout the entire hiring process. In addition, you will record detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system, help build/manage/maintain the pipeline of talent and utilize outreach methods including social media, LinkedIn, email, and telephone calls.
