    Position Summary                                                                                                         

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented PAM Consulting Product Analyst with a focus on privileged access management (PAM) to join our organization.

    As a PAM Consulting Product Analyst - Privileged Access Management, you will have pivotal role in enhancing our identity governance and administration (IGA) product capabilities related to privileged access management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT administrators, developers, information protection teams and business stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for product analysis and program management, working closely with stakeholders to manage deliverables, identify and prioritize PAM product enhancements.

    The PAM Consulting Product Analyst will be responsible for interpreting and evaluating large, complex, and distributed Privileged Access Management (PAM) system guidelines and documentation. They will continually mature their understanding of how business owners utilize PAM solution(s) by maintaining strong relationships with business partners and solution users.

    This individual will work collaboratively to operate and support the privileged access management solution and processes that meet organizational need. They will exhibit a high degree of self-motivation as well as possess excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills. The Consulting Product Analyst will also work closely with peers in the Information Protection and Security (IPS) department to appraise process and procedures that achieve HCA’s cybersecurity goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Examine and document a thorough list of manual or automated processes and functions contained within the existing PAM solution for incorporation into a next generation PAM solution
    • Partners with the PAM Engineers and Architects to document PAM standards, guidelines, and best practices for the PAM adoption across the organization
    • Collaborates with stakeholders to develop requirements to solve privileged access challenges.

    • Design, plan, test, and execute PAM projects and solution deployments
    • Determine and track key performance indicators that measure the success of PAM solutions, progress and technology adoption
    • Responsible for business requirement documents and artifacts required for the deployment of PAM solutions, new features, and infrastructure
    • Maintain and prioritize PAM feature backlog and roadmap based on organizational goals.
    • Timely and accurate reporting of issues and status to leadership
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners within and outside of the department
    • Lead frequent communication with support teams and end users to solicit and present user feedback to leadership
    • Be conversant with the PAM solutions and industry trends
    • Serves as lead PAM analyst on project deliverables and scope inclusions

    Experience

    • 10+ years of experience in an analyst role
    • Bachelor's degree Information Systems (Preferred)
    • 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management and/or Information Technology
    • Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies
    • Expert experience in PAM solutions and technologies
    • Experience with Azure or Google cloud native architectures and Platform Services
    • Ability to adapt and embrace new ideas, technology and organizational changes
