Job Scope:
- Ability to serve guests quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- Must have superior customer service skills
- Must be able to plan, organize and multi task and maintain work station in a clean and orderly manner
Essential Functions:

- Anticipate guests needs and fulfill such needs prior to the guest requesting them
- Learn and convey large amounts of information to the guests regarding the food and drink menu
- Must consistently display a warm and friendly disposition
- Constantly operate a touch screen point of sale system to accurately enter food and drink orders
- Servers & Expo - Able to move quickly maneuvering through a crowded dining room while carrying a tray full of hot plates weighing approximately 25lbs
- Remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of a scheduled work shift
- Must be open to receiving instruction and altering behavior to adapt to instruction given
- Speak English clearly and accurately

All Front of House employees must obtain a Food Handler's Certificate. All Servers must obtain a valid TABC certificate.
