We are seeking an experienced and motivated administrative assistant to provide administrative support to our team in Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Preparing and distributing correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Coordinating and planning events and meetings
- Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience working in a bilingual environment
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience in event planning and coordination
