PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNTANT Disruptor Manufacturing is a thriving industry leader characterized by innovation and trendsetting.
Schedule: Typically, Monday – Friday 10-4 (25-30 hours a week) Great for a Parent of school aged kids.

We need a person who can dish and receive office banter that will jump in and make us feel like we've known you forever. DUTIES:
Record and manage all A/P and A/R
Make sure bills are paid when required and checks are collected and deposited
Meticulously keep accurate records of financial transactions and maintain general ledger
Process weekly payroll for all employees
Complete Bank and Credit Card reconciliation
Maintain the chart of accounts
Maintain proper insurance and workers comp requirements
Manage company finance investments and other expenditures daily
Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
Purchase Order management and properly receiving inventory
Assist with Other duties as necessary
Tracking online transactions on e-commerce sites.
Address questions or support requests related to accounting related issues from customers and vendors.
Track all expenses and ensure all payments are made on time
Preparing daily and monthly expense reporting, profit and loss data.
Create and maintain vendor records, such as contact information and payment terms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Have great organizational and multitasking skills
· 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
· Be self-motivated and eager to work
· Have reliable transportation
· Be able to work fast, efficient, and problem solve
· Be friendly, polite, and professional at all times
· Be able to work alone or with a team
· Have a clean background with NO Felony Criminal Offenses
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Be open to other tasks that are asked of you
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills

We are leaders in the spray equipment industry because we provide top of the line equipment and even better service. This is a part-time position, Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm. Starting pay is $17-18 per hour.
