RDE Capital Group, LLC is seeking a part-time property manager/ maintenance technician at a managed property in Fort Worth. The following responsibilities must be met.

Responsible for the daily upkeep of grounds

Responsible for removing litter, trash, and cleaning the dumpsters

Responsible for spreading salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup in applicable areas

Responsible for upkeep of the property, including the building, the breezeway, which includes cleaning and removing trash, blowing leaves around the parking area and sidewalks.

Clean entry areas and frontage

Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Responsible for light maintenance/repairs

Be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies.

Responsible for a thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies.
