PART-TIME SUN SPA SALES CONSULTANT

Locations: MURRAY 5650 South 900 East, Suite #2, Murray, Utah 84121

European Tan is seeking part-time Sun Spa Sales Consultants to work primarily in our MURRAY LOCATION min of two shifts per week which is a min of 12 hours and up to four shifts if needed which is 24 hours total.

We require all our associates who work in MURRAY be able to travel to our SALT LAKE location and our DRAPER location as needed for coverage in our busy season. Our schedule is posted 2 weeks in advance and we provide plenty of notice if an associate would be in more than one location.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay: $15 - $18 per hour depending on experience

• Earn an additional $3 - $8/hour from tips, bonuses, and commissions

Work Schedule:

• Part-time: 12-18 hours/week

• Shifts: 8:45 AM - 3 PM (Open) or 2:45 PM - 9:15 PM (Close)

• All employees must work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month

Sales-Focused Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our Sun-Spray-Spa services and products

• Meet monthly sales goals for memberships, products, and services

• Educate customers on our Fitzpatrick Skin Typing protocol and tanning process

• Create a tailored experience for each customer by recommending the right products and services

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the salon

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

• Maintain a positive work culture of teamwork and communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience

• Outgoing, friendly, and customer service oriented

• Dependable, with excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during busy seasons (Sept-May)
