General Job Description

Responsible for the management of a team to do daily task that contest of picking, packing, inventory, receiving and shipping of orders to exceed client and company standards.

Coach, counsel, communicate and motivate staff to exceed client and company standards.

Illustrative Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage zone or zones to ensure daily task are done according to PBD standards

Monitor productivity and quality control processes in zone and make required adjustments to achieve expected benchmarks

Maintain a safe, clean and quality centered zone

Interact with appropriate staff on various work related issues as they arise

Promote teamwork and free flowing communication

People development and training

Qualification Requirements

Strong leadership skills

High School Diploma or equivalent. 4 year degree preferred.

2 years warehouse supervisory experience

Thorough product knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to prioritize multiple tasks on a daily basis

Set appropriate expectations with employees keeping “customer service” as a guiding factor

Successfully cope with demands from managers, subordinates and peers

Keep well informed, follow policy and procedures and display consistency

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Logiwa a plus
