Responsibilities:

Help to maintain the client's physical and mental well-being

Provide direct and indirect care to clients

Maintain a clean, safe environment

Safely transfer and ambulate client

Provide personal hygienic care

Observe, report, and document client status

Attend in-services for continuing education

May perform other duties as assigned'

Must haves:

Certificate of Completion from either a PCA or CNA class

Valid Drivers License or State ID

TB vaccination (Willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)

CPR Certification (Willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Reliable transportation
