Job Overview

Duties

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor

This position may involve caring for individuals in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, outpatient facilities, teaching hospitals, emergency medicine, or medical-surgical units. Experience in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), or Hospital Medicine is advantageous.
