    Job Description

    The Agency Management System Administrator will manage all aspects of AMS360 for PCF insurance agencies across the nation. An individual in this position will join the team as a subject matter expert and be able to consistently and successfully deliver on their responsibilities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist users with all aspects of an Agency Management System.

    • Perform system migrations, conversions, plug-ins with other software, etc.

    • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users.

    • Provide in-person training and create digital tutorials to ensure that any / all software needs/issues are addressed and/or resolved.

    • Ensure the system is operating at proper levels and analyze, test, and implement new system software releases with minimal interruptions to workflows of users.

    • Summarize system changes and notify users prior to implementation.

    • Determine the source of the problem, resolve problems, analyze and evaluate incident reports and make recommendations to reduce the incident rate.

    • Train new staff on all aspects of using the AMS360 system.

    • Work to maximize software usage and improve workflow consistency.

    • Prevent security breaches.

    • Meet regularly (or as needed) with power users and management at all locations to help improve user experience, competence, productivity, and overall success.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Vertafore AMS360 system experience and expertise is required.

    • Successful experience trouble-shooting and training others to understand and leverage data tools

    • Attention to detail; ability to anticipate and effectively respond to diverse and sensitive needs that arise.

    • Ability to self-learn additional technology tools that may be needed to succeed in this role.

    • Proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, and demonstrate integrity at all times.

    • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with leaders, colleagues, users, & vendors

    • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend sound conclusions.

    • Strong ability to be a team player, while multi-tasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Proficiency in the following tech platforms is ideal: Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams), Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, etc.

    • Ability to travel to nationwide offices, attend yearly AMS conferences, etc. (if needed/required)

    • Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
